Daily cleaning
At the end of every shift, the nozzle, hose, and tank surfaces that contact the product should be washed with the cleaner recommended by the manufacturer. Leaving no residue is critical for hygiene and for the accuracy of the next product.
Weekly inspection
Flowmeter calibration, hose connections, and seals should be checked weekly. Calibration drift must be verified regularly to maintain 0.5% accuracy. Loose connections create a leak risk.
Annual service and spare parts
Do not skip the manufacturer's service schedule; wear parts such as seals, nozzles, and pumps should be replaced in advance. Planned maintenance prevents sudden breakdowns from stopping production.
